Get Prompted sells digital products and online tools only. No physical products are shipped.
after successful payment, downloadable digital resources will be made available electronically through the delivery method specified at checkout.
for interactive tools such as the GP Calculator, access is provided through your Get Prompted member account. you may need to log in to your account to access your purchased tool.
GP Calculator access is provided for 10 years from the date of purchase.

cancellation & refund policy
all products sold through Get Prompted are digital products or digital services and are delivered or made accessible electronically.
because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once the product has been accessed or delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law or at our discretion.
GP Calculator purchases are one-time purchases and provide access for 10 years from the date of purchase. cancelling or ceasing to use the calculator does not automatically result in a refund.
