7. intellectual property

purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

8. refunds & cancellations

because get prompted products are digital products and may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital content has been delivered or access to an interactive tool has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law or at our discretion.

purchases of the gp calculator provide access for 10 years and are one-time purchases. cancelling or ceasing to use the calculator does not automatically result in a refund.
